Welcome to Elevate Unity

Elevate Unity is a 501(c3) non-profit created in direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic and shut down of live music, directly impacting event

industry workers and artists. We are committed to providing live music events in support of performing artists and their community by developing productions, creating unique and impactful music experiences, and showcasing our city's diverse local talent. Historically, people of color have been marginalized and have experienced racism and discrimination, and

have reaped fewer financial, social, and other benefits due to race. Our attention has been focused on helping that community first, and the

connected community at large. Our focus is to provide an alliance with local live music venues and to offer much-needed resources and stage time, while providing support, development, nurturing and promotion of new, future talent with performance opportunities and more. Our fundraisers and music benefit series feature Portland's top Soul, Jazz, R&B, Latin Dance Bands, and more. Elevate Unity is always committed to paying a fair market wage; we are

able to do this through our benefit events and generous community and business donations.

Elevate Unity recognizes the healing power of music. Through music wecan strengthen community and heal from the pandemic and the civil unrest that has been tearing us apart. Music and community action can be our common denominators and the catalysts for a better future.
